About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join the team. This role focuses on general legal matters including:

Estates and estate planning
Trust law and asset protection
Relationship property matters
Some conveyancing work
Legal drafting and documentation
E-dealing transactions

You will work closely with clients, providing practical advice and high-quality legal support while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients across a wide range of legal matters
Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and relationship property agreements
Conducting legal research and analysis
Providing clear, practical legal solutions
Maintaining strong client communication and service standards
Staying updated on legislative and regulatory changes
Assisting with mentoring and supervision of junior team members

About You

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Solicitor or similar role
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Experience drafting legal documents
Collaborative, client-focused mindset
Commitment to ongoing professional development
