About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

This role has a strong focus on Private Client Law, known within the firm as Life Law, encompassing a range of personal legal matters. You will work directly with clients, manage a diverse portfolio of files, and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal outcomes.

The position offers a combination of autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and strong team support within a collaborative environment.

Key Areas of Work

  • Trusts and trust administration
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Estate administration and succession matters
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs)
  • Occupation Right Agreements (ORAs)
  • Private client advisory work
  • Client relationship management

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied workload across Life Law matters
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide practical legal advice
  • Proactively manage files, deadlines, and client communications
  • Take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion
  • Contribute positively to team collaboration and workflow
  • Mentor and support junior team members
