About the Role

We are seeking for a Property Lawyer at Senior Solicitor or Associate level to join its Christchurch CBD office.

This role sits within a busy residential property practice, providing exposure to a broad range of conveyancing, subdivision, and development matters. You will work closely with clients and senior practitioners while managing files with increasing autonomy and responsibility.

The role offers high-quality work, direct client contact, and involvement in significant residential development projects across Canterbury.

Key Areas of Work

  • Residential conveyancing transactions
  • Residential developments and subdivisions
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements and property documentation
  • Client advisory work
  • Liaising with agents, lenders, and other professionals
  • File management and transaction oversight

The Team

This role sits within Firm's large and well-supported Property team, consisting of approximately 21 staff across three principal-led teams.

You will work within the team led by Principal Janna Robinson, who specialises in:

  • Residential property
  • Property development
  • Large-scale subdivisions throughout Canterbury
