About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor / Associate to join our Property & Commercial team in the Auckland CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while being mentored by an experienced Partner who is genuinely invested in your development.

You will have the autonomy to run your own files, while also gaining hands-on exposure to major development projects and commercial transactions that contribute to shaping Auckland’s landscape.

Key Areas of Work

Subdivisions and development projects
Off-the-plan property sales
Commercial leasing
Business sales and acquisitions
Shareholder advice and drafting shareholder agreements
Commercial contracts
Advising business owners, developers, and charitable organisations
