About the Role

As a Litigation Solicitor or Associate, you will engage in a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload, including contract disputes, property litigation, and regulatory issues.
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and submissions.
• Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Collaborating with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile cases.
• Providing strategic advice to clients and contributing to case strategy development.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2-6 years of post-qualification experience in civil or commercial litigation.

A strong academic background and a New Zealand practising certificate are essential.
