About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious solicitor (0–2 years PQE) to join our leading Commercial Property team in Christchurch.

In this role, you will:

• Work on high-volume residential and commercial conveyancing and subdivisions.
• Support large-scale commercial developments, commercial and rural leasing, licensing, and acquisitions.
• Undertake general private client legal work.
• Collaborate with partners, senior lawyers, and legal executives across a diverse portfolio.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, local authorities, and consultants.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of property documentation, including private-wealth asset planning.
• Organise and attend client meetings.
• Deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
• Participate in business development, including work with overseas investors.
